Austin oversees bookkeeping, records, and
transactions management for Millennial Capital. He is also Broker of
Record for Cirios Real Estate, a company he co-founded in 2008.
Austin co-founded Cirios Real Estate in 2008 with Andrew Jeffery and Ryan
Taylor. Austin oversees all real estate transactions, in addition to acting as
the head of accounting, bookkeeping and human resources. Using his analytic
background, Austin played a key role in developing the analytical models Cirios
used to service its private equity clients.
Prior to founding Cirios, Austin attended medical school at the
University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine for two years. He left the
program prior to receiving his degree to pursue research. Following a year of
working at the biotech firm Genentech, Austin attended the University of California at
San Diego and graduated in 2008 with a M.S. in Neurosciences. Austin completed
his undergraduate studies at UCSD, receiving a B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell
Biology, as well as a minor in Political Science.
When he’s not wrangling escrow officers or reconciling bank accounts,
Austin can be found tending his organic garden and expanding his sustainable aquaponics
operation.
